HealthMgr (“we”) is committed to protecting the privacy of users of our Hospital Management System. This policy describes how we handle information in relation to the software and services.
1. Data you control
Patient, clinical, and business data that you enter into HealthMgr is stored under your control—either on your own systems or on servers you configure (e.g. your own backend/VPS). We do not automatically collect or store that data on our own servers unless you explicitly use a service we operate.
2. Data we may collect
When you contact us (e.g. via WhatsApp or email), we may keep your contact details and message content only to respond and support you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Security
We recommend that you use secure connections (HTTPS), strong passwords, and access controls for your HealthMgr deployment. You are responsible for securing the environment where the app and backend run.
4. Compliance
You must ensure that your use of HealthMgr complies with applicable data protection and healthcare privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, local medical records regulations). If you use a backend hosted by us, we will process data in accordance with our agreements and applicable law.
5. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
