You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Patient and clinical data entered into the system remains your responsibility; we recommend regular backups and secure handling of data.

We aim to keep the system available and secure. We may release updates or changes that require you to install a new version. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime or data loss resulting from your use of the system.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthMgr and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the system. Clinical and business decisions remain your responsibility.
